First load of Shredded Hardwood Mulch has arrived.

We are excited that our first load of great mulch is here! Why shredded hardwood mulch? Mulch is used to hold mositure, discourage weeds and it must stay in place. Our mulch is made from the bark of hardwood trees and is composted long enough to kill any weed seeds, insects or disease. The piles get very hot as they begin to break down and it also gives you the great dark brown color with no added artificial dyes. We use this on all of our landscape jobs, it is especially good for perennial flower beds. After it has been in place for a short while and has been rained on or wet down, it forms a crust that keeps it from blowing away.
