DECEMBER 19TH, 2025 - LEAVES

Dear Customers:

On November 17th, we started to alert customers that our company would soon start the leaf cleanup process. In the last 5-7 years, it's worked out that we begin the task with our crews and are typically done a week before Christmas. However, as all of you know, Mother Nature had a different idea this year. As soon as we returned from Thanksgiving, our minds had to shift to removing snow instead. Now that the snow is gone (for now), the crews will be working on leaves starting Monday., December 22nd. With today's wind & cold refreezing the leaves, it would take more labor hours & additional charges.  As we've communicated before, we strive to make one visit only to each property. Because the equipment used is large and cumbersome to put together on mowers and trucks, waiting for the majority of leaves to fall in the C-U/Savoy areas has been most cost effective for our company and for our customers. The snow covered the fallen leaves but now needs attention, and definitely on the team's radar. 

The leaves are not pleasant to look at, but please know we will be there to get them cleaned up. This is definitely NOT the timeline we had hoped for and wish we had more control over the situation. We appreciate you as our customers and for hiring our local business to work with you.
